Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Ou**t
**Multiplus Decoration Design & Fitout LLC** is a trusted interior design and fit-out company with nearly **13 years of experience** in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, retail, and office interior solutions across the UAE.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team.
If you have a strong sales background and experience in the **interior fit-out, construction, real estate, or related industries**, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads through **networking, referrals, cold calling, and online** channels.
- Promote the company's **interior design, fit-out, renovation, and turnkey solutions**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
- Meet potential **clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions**.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- **Follow up on inquiries and convert leads** into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve **monthly and annual sales targets**.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of sales experience in the UAE**.
- Experience in **interior fit-out, interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries** is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field**.
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Predered a **valid UAE own visa**.
- **Female** candidates are preferred.
