  • 8+ years of full life-cycle Direct Sales recruiting experience in a corporate or high-growth environment, with a proven track record handling mid- to senior-level enterprise roles.
  • Domain Expertise: Advanced expertise sourcing and closing roles within Sales (Enterprise Account Executives, Leadership, SDRs) and Corporate functions (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk).
  • Compensation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales compensation models, complex commission packages, and sales methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Workday ATS, Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, AppScripts) to streamline recruiting workflows, synthesize market data, and enhance engagement.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrated expertise in designing proactive pipelining strategies for future hiring needs using advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Executive Influence: Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders using market data to challenge hiring assumptions, guide decision-making, and navigate complex offers.
  • Strategic Leadership: History of spearheading strategic recruiting projects and continuous process enhancements that align with broader strategic priorities and company objectives.

  • The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.   • Pay Range: $110,400.00 - $145,400.00
