Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – ERP Solutions (Odoo)

Acugence Systems is a growing technology solutions provider in Qatar specializing in Odoo ERP implementation, CRM solutions, HRMS, accounting automation, inventory management, and business process optimization.
We help businesses transform operations through smart ERP implementations and scalable digital solutions tailored for industries including trading, construction, retail, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing ERP sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Odoo ERP solutions
- Identify business opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client operational challenges and propose suitable ERP solutions
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for solution discussions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports
- Stay updated with ERP market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Industry Experience
- Candidates with experience in selling any of the following will be preferred:
- ERP Software
- Odoo ERP
- CRM Solutions
- HRMS
- Accounting Software
- SaaS Products
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in ERP / Software / IT Solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling B2B sales
- Ability to understand business workflows and operational challenges
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
