Overview
Prospect new business opportunities and develop corporate accounts across KSA.
Sell and market lease vehicle products to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and through corporate visits.
Manage key client accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
Ensure a high level of customer service and professional handling of all client requests.
Follow up on client payments, agreements, and required documentation with the Finance Department.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Fleet, and Maintenance.
Assist in developing sales policies, procedures, terms, and conditions when required.
Ensure insurance documents, claims, and related paperwork are submitted accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles remain in good condition and maintenance schedules are followed.
Prepare sales reports, client updates, and management information when required.
Support business growth planning, sales targets, and resource requirements.
Guide and support junior team members in daily sales and customer service activities.
Follow up on overdue rental vehicles, extensions, renewals, and client commitments.
