- Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Drive Portfolio Expansion (Upsell & Cross-Sell): Proactively identify and close opportunities to upsell and integrate advanced Connected Car services - specifically eCall and Stolen Vehicle Services - into existing and new OEM and Insurance programs.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract closure.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer pain points to develop tailored Roadside Assistance solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Own the entire sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and business reviews for C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals and contracts.
- Drive new customer acquisition targets and contribute significantly to profitable revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Market Intelligence & Positioning:
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and technological advancements within the Roadside Assistance, Automotive, and Insurance sectors.
- Provide valuable insights to refine service offerings and market positioning.
