We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager Interior Solutions who can take ownership of our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across key accounts.
You are not just closing deals, you are building long term partnerships and shaping how clients experience our brand.
You will lead sales initiatives, manage a high value pipeline, and collaborate closely with design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy And Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies for interior solutions and fit out projects
- Identify new business opportunities and target high value clients
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand existing accounts and increase repeat business
Project Coordination
- Work closely with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Align proposals with technical and budget considerations
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client demands
- Provide insights to improve service offerings and pricing strategy
Experience
- 6 plus years of experience in sales within interior design, fit out, or construction industry
- Proven track record in closing high value deals
Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of interior solutions, materials, and project cycles
- Experience working with commercial or corporate clients is preferred
Communication Skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
Language Skills
- English required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
