Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic **Senior Sales Manager – Industrial** to lead our sales operations, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth.

This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in industrial sales, client relationship management, and business development.

The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage industrial sales operations across Qatar and regional markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand into emerging industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Qatar’s industrial markets and regional dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
