Role overview
Join the Immigration Sales team in Ajman as an immigration sales professional.
Generate leads, counsel clients about immigration programs, close sales, grow the client base, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-ins, cold calls, references, digital channels, and events.
- Counsel clients face-to-face, by phone, and online about PR, study visas, and work permits.
- Convert leads into clients through persuasive consultations and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and follow up by calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain client relationships and customer satisfaction; report leads, follow-ups, and closures to the Sales Manager daily and weekly.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in immigration sales, overseas education, or consultancy is preferred.
- Tagalog, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive with clients.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 4,000–100,000 per month.
- Fixed salary starting amount plus an attractive incentive structure.
- Training and skill development support; growth opportunities toward Team Lead or Assistant Sales Manager.
