Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in Dubai.

The Senior Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting hotel and hotel apartment partners, running product demonstrations, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating and closing B2B deals.

The role involves developing and executing a sales strategy for the Dubai hospitality market, forecasting revenue, and monitoring performance against targets.

The Senior Sales Manager will closely collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and support successful onboarding of new clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, preparing proposals and commercial offers, representing Urwa at industry events, and mentoring junior sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience in hospitality tech, hotel solutions, or related SaaS products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and key account management within the hotel and hotel apartment segment.
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai hospitality ecosystem, including decision-making structures, revenue drivers, and operational pain points for hoteliers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (owners, general managers, department heads).
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales and business development experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, travel locally for client visits, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages commonly used in the UAE hospitality industry are an advantage.
