Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in the UAE.

The Senior Sales Manager will lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for cybersecurity and AI security solutions, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, and understanding client security and compliance needs across sectors and geographies.

The role will collaborate closely with technical, consulting, and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations aligned with Secneural’s service portfolio.

The Senior Sales Manager will also be accountable for meeting revenue targets, forecasting accurately, contributing to go-to-market initiatives, and representing Secneural at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, solution selling, and account management, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate cybersecurity, GRC, and AI security offerings in business terms, working closely with technical teams to shape client solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and regions, ideally within the GCC or broader Middle East market.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, including pipeline management and use of CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and performance.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and consulting teams to drive client success and retention.
