About the Role:
Furndiy Home Improvement and DIY Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business growth in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and managing sales teams in the home improvement and DIY solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and B2B clients
- Sales Performance: Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and sales pipeline
- Product Positioning: Promote home improvement and DIY product solutions
- Team Leadership: Manage sales executives, account managers, and field teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, retail, or DIY sector
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of home improvement, hardware, or retail sales
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and drive sales performance
