Senior Sales Manager
About This Role
Zeus Informatica LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and overseeing the performance of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the IT and technology services sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
