About This Role
AQ Global is seeking an experienced
Senior Sales / Business Development Manager
to lead the growth of our
Power & Equipment Rental business in the UAE
. This is a strategic role focused on
building market presence, developing key accounts, and driving revenue growth
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the
UAE market entry and growth strategy
- Build and manage relationships with
key clients and stakeholders
- Identify large-scale opportunities and secure long-term contracts
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Support and guide junior sales team members
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7–12+ years of experience in generator rental, equipment rental, or related sectors
- Strong network within UAE (construction, infrastructure, Telecom, O&G)
- Proven track record of closing large deals and managing key accounts
- Experience in setting up or scaling a business/unit is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- Exposed to modern CRM systems and should be able to monitor and analyze sales funnel through CRM.
