Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role is based in Sharjah and focuses on driving business growth in the aluminum and steel contracting sector.
The Senior Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, consultants, contractors, and private clients, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
include managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospect meetings, and technical consultations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
The role involves closely coordinating with engineering, project, and production teams to prepare accurate quotations, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure that client requirements are aligned with project execution.
The Senior Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines, prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, and represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction, aluminum, steel, or metal fabrication industry, preferably in the U.A.E.
- Strong ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals in a project-based B2B environment.
- Technical understanding of aluminum and steel products, façade systems, doors, windows, and related construction solutions, or strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement with architects, consultants, contractors, and individual clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract discussion skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple projects, proposals, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting client visits and site visits in Sharjah and across the U.A.E. as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
