We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing high-value deals.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, referrals, social selling, and market research.
- Conduct 15–25 outbound business development calls daily.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding.
Requirementsmandatory Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong track record in sales closures and revenue generation.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling IT services, software solutions, web development, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or digital marketing services.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 3,900
