Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive - IT Services (KSA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for driving sales of software testing and quality assurance services across the Saudi market.

The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The Senior Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.

They will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand service capabilities, respond to RFPs, and ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

The role also includes tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing market feedback to support strategic planning and service development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Sales and selling IT services or solutions, preferably in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Strong Lead Generation and pipeline-building skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and networking within the KSA market.
  • Demonstrated Account Management abilities, including client relationship development, retention, and upselling of services.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, software development lifecycles, and QA/testing services to communicate value to clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with the KSA business environment and regulations is highly beneficial.
