Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our logistics team, The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight forwarding services to achieve sales targets and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors including shippers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and corporate accounts.
  • Promote the company’s services, including freight transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.

& Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding & customs clearance services.
  • The candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Saudi customs regulations, import/export procedures, and cross border logistics within the GCC region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Revenue growth.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Sales target achievement.
