Role overview
The role combines sales executive and floor supervisor responsibilities at an automotive care business.
Responsibilities
- Convert walk-in customers, phone inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online leads into bookings.
- Upsell premium services and vehicle protection packages.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Supervise technicians, detailers, PPF installers, and wrapping staff.
- Monitor workflow, quality standards, and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Conduct quality-control inspections before vehicle handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic-speaking ability is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
