• We are looking for a results-driven Sales Head / Sales Manager who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Generate new business through corporate accounts, dealerships, insurance companies, fleet owners, luxury car owners, and individual customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable).
• Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and business development plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in automotive services, car detailing, PPF, wrapping, luxury vehicles, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong network within the UAE automotive market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
