Your Role
- Lead sales for Personal Finance & manage high-value client portfolio
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance
- Build strong client relationships for repeat & referral business
- Ensure end-to-end loan processing with full compliance
What We Need From You
- 1–2 years UAE experience in banking/DSA, personal loans preferred
- Strong track record in loan sales & target achievement
- Excellent negotiation, communication & leadership skills
- Existing UAE customer database is a plusEnglish + Hindi/Urdu/Arabic preferred
- UAE Driving License + car preferred
