We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive for our Al Mahmood Pearls boutique at Harvey Nichols, Doha Festival City. *The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for:*
Managing and upselling to new and existing clients
Developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
Collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales strategies
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines

Previous fine jewellery sales experience in luxury retail (mandatory)
Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Management, and Business Development
Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Arabic and English speaking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the pearl industry or luxury goods market is a plus
