Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Senior Sales Executive – Air Freight** to join our UAE team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our logistics solutions to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads within assigned territories
- Present and promote logistics service solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Conduct client meetings and sales presentations
- Monitor customer payment patterns and collections
- Prepare sales contracts, reports, and customer records
- Maintain healthy long-term customer relationships
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and collection goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in air freight/logistics industry
- Strong understanding of client markets and geographical sales areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset
