Senior Sales Executive

Role and location

Sales responsibilities

• Identify prospective hospitals, clinics, corporates, pharmacies, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Present services and products, conduct client meetings and demonstrations, and follow up.
• Build client relationships, convert leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate onboarding with clinical and operations teams; maintain CRM records.
• Track market and competitor activity, pursue proposals and quotations, and close commercial discussions.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, CME programs, and business meetings; prepare sales reports.

Qualifications and preferred experience

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is specified.
• 1–3 years in sales or business development is preferred.
• Healthcare, medical sales, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, wellness, or B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Healthcare or physiotherapy knowledge is an advantage; familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.
• Comfort with field sales and client visits; ability to work independently and with a team.

Compensation

• The posting lists pay of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives; compensation is described as based on experience and market standards.
