Senior Sales Executive

Role overview

Customer handling and sales

• Welcome showroom customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Present collections, designs, diamonds, gemstones and product features; handle customer queries.
• Convert enquiries, meet individual and showroom targets, follow up with prospects, and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Product knowledge and retail operations

• Explain product specifications, quality, craftsmanship and value; communicate product and pricing information accurately.
• Stay informed about collections, launches, offers and market trends.
• Maintain grooming, showroom etiquette and product presentation; handle and display jewellery to company standards.
• Support stock and inventory activities, maintain customer and sales records, and coordinate billing, fulfilment, customisation and after-sales needs.

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of jewellery retail sales experience; jewellery industry experience is mandatory.
• Direct showroom sales and customer-handling experience, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and/or gemstones.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; customer-oriented approach and sales acumen.

Preferred qualifications

• GCC/UAE jewellery retail experience is an advantage.
• Premium or luxury jewellery customer experience and experience with reputed jewellery brands or showrooms are preferred.
• Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000–7,000 per month.
