Senior Sales Engineer

Overview

• You will provide technical presales support for the Endace sales team in a dedicated region and across the Middle East as required.
• This includes technical qualification, technical presentations, solution design, training, product feedback, product evaluations, implementations, and occasional customer support.
• To be successful, you will have significant experience in a technical presales/solutions customer facing role within the security, and/or network monitoring sector, along with;
• hands on working experience troubleshooting complex network issues with network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
• a working knowledge of network/security forensic analysis, incident response techniques and processes
• a deep technical understanding of TCP/IP, network analysis, troubleshooting and understanding of network security and threat mitigation
• ability to present and articulate a value proposition to customers at all levels within an organization across both technical and business audience
• ability to travel to and be present on customer sites as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
