Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Bayan Medical Company.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our Urology Medical equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities focused on promoting and selling

Urology Medical

  • equipment.
  • Recommends changes to current sales techniques to improve sales performance and drive better results.
  • Provide expert knowledge and technical support.
  • Implements sales program aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor of annual sales forecast to ensure alignment with the business goals.
  • Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information and handle other related customer support requirements.
  • Delivers exceptional and professional customer service to both new and existing customers.
  • Identifies and targets potential customers, generating leads for sales equipment.

Skills

  • Sales planning, forecasting and budgeting Experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Managing Processes.
  • Negotiation & analytical skills.
  • Market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
  • At least 4 - 7 years of in sales role handling sales of medical equipment

• UAE Work Experience

  • Drivers license and a car
