Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Senior Sales Engineer.
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for pre-sales activities, including identifying client needs, presenting product solutions, and engaging in technical discussions to support sales.
The role also involves providing technical expertise, facilitating customer service, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to address complex challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
- Experience in delivering Technical Support and solving technical challenges
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teams
- Customer Service skills to provide excellent client support and build lasting relationships
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in the fire detection and suppression industry is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a hybrid work environment
