Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to focus on Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying prospective investors, understanding their objectives, and guiding them through suitable international programs.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and a deep understanding of investment migration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients interested in Citizenship and Residency by Investment programs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and corporate clients.

Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility, objectives, and financial capabilities.

Present suitable investment migration programs and explain benefits, processes, timelines, and requirements.

Guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Stay updated on global citizenship and residency regulations, program changes, and competitor offerings.

Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Citizenship and Residency by Investment sales is highly preferred.

Real Estate sales experience is highly desirable.

Strong background in consultative sales, preferably with high-value clients (HNWIs).

Native Arabic speaker.

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Strong networking ability within the UAE and international markets.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving and client management abilities.
