Role Description
The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for residential, commercial, and investment properties, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions.
The Senior Sales Consultant will meet with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored property recommendations, and negotiate terms that align with client needs and company objectives.
Daily tasks include maintaining an up-to-date pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring accurate documentation.
The role also involves building long-term relationships, monitoring market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting junior sales staff through mentoring and guidance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Consulting and real estate brokerage, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Consulting, with the ability to analyze client needs, advise on property investment options, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Relevant experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Gulf region, preferably in Doha, Qatar.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; professional real estate certifications are an advantage.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office applications to manage leads, reports, and client communication.
