Senior Sales & Business Development ExecutiveAbout Maverick

Maverick is a leading fit-out contractor specializing in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, offices, and commercial interior projects across Saudi Arabia.

We provide turnkey fit-out solutions from concept to completion, delivering quality, innovation, and excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and business partners.
  • Conduct client visits and present Maverick's services professionally.
  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with design, technical, and commercial teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities.
  • Represent Maverick at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Experience in Fit-Out, Construction, Interior Design, Hospitality, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Riyadh-based or willing to relocate.
  • A driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
