Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Account Manager role based in Jeddah.

The Senior Sales Account Manager will manage and grow key accounts, build strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales presentations and negotiations, and driving adoption of Vezeeta’s digital healthcare solutions.

The role involves monitoring account performance, forecasting revenue, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to meet client needs.

The Senior Sales Account Manager will also track market trends, provide feedback to inform product improvements, and represent Vezeeta at industry events and meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills with experience in managing and growing key accounts in B2B or healthcare-related environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Proven Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline development, and converting opportunities into sustainable business.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation capabilities, and stakeholder management.
  • Several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in health-tech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics, market data, and customer insights to guide account strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Jeddah, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard productivity tools; fluency in English required, and Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
