Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record of winning new enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will have an established network across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Government, Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, and Large Enterprise sectors in the UAE and be able to engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
The role requires expertise in identifying opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and closing complex technology solutions across Electronic Security, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
A self-driven professional with excellent commercial acumen and a passion for building new business will thrive in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Proven Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Lead Generation capabilities, with experience in identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
- Experience in B2B sales within IT, cybersecurity, or related technology domains, preferably in solution-based or consultative selling.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships, handle negotiations, and drive long-term partnerships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client environments and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications or training in sales or cybersecurity are an advantage.
