We are not looking for junior developers, template builders, or basic website programmers.
We are building enterprise-grade SaaS platforms across:
• Training & Compliance
- Property Management
- Maintenance Operations
• Multi-Tenant SaaS Infrastructure
This is a senior-level position for someone who understands how to architect scalable systems properly from the ground up.

Role Overview
You will act as the senior technical architect responsible for helping structure and scale a growing ecosystem of operational SaaS products.
You must be capable of making high-level technical decisions independently and understanding how enterprise platforms should operate securely, efficiently, and at scale.
This is NOT a basic coding role.
You will work directly with leadership and existing developers to refine, restructure, optimise, and future-proof platform architecture.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- You MUST have proven experience in:
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Large-scale backend systems
- API architecture & integrations
- Cloud infrastructure management
- Database optimisation & scaling
- Security & permissions architecture
- CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Mobile + web platform ecosystems
- Real-time systems & notifications
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Audit logs & compliance-grade tracking
- Performance optimisation
- Infrastructure cost optimisation
- Offline sync architecture
- Production deployment environments
- You MUST understand:
• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- PostgreSQL / MySQL optimisation
- Node.js backend architecture
- WebSocket or real-time event systems
- Scalable authentication systems
- Enterprise security standards
- Docker / containers
- Git workflows
- DevOps principles
Experience
with Flutter-based ecosystems is highly advantageous.
You Should Be Able To
- Identify poor architecture immediately
- Refactor systems correctly
- Build scalable SaaS foundations
- Design proper database structures
- Prevent future technical debt
- Lead backend direction
- Guide existing developers technically
- Improve deployment and security standards
- Build systems suitable for thousands of users
- Create enterprise-grade operational platforms
