Senior Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

• What you’ll bring 💻
• 4–6+ years strong Ruby on Rails experience
• Experience working on medium-to-large production systems
• Strong PostgreSQL and API design knowledge (REST / GraphQL)
• Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, etc.)
• Background in performance optimisation and scalable architecture
• Comfortable improving legacy systems
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with AWS, Docker, event-driven systems, or have experience beyond Rails (Go, Python, Node).
