We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to oversee and manage B-Book exposure within our MT5 brokerage, with a primary focus on metals (XAUUSD / XAGUSD).
The role is responsible for optimizing profitability while maintaining strict risk controls in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage real-time B-Book exposure on metals (Gold & Silver)
- Define and implement risk management strategies to balance profitability and drawdown
- Set exposure limits, stop-loss thresholds, and risk parameters across all trading activities
- Analyze client trading behavior and identify toxic flow or high-risk patterns
- Decide on hedging strategies (full / partial hedging) based on market conditions
- Work closely with the dealing desk to control spreads, execution quality, and slippage
- Monitor P&L performance and ensure alignment with company risk appetite
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports
- Respond quickly to high volatility events and market news impacting metals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in risk management within a forex/CFD brokerage
- Strong hands-on experience with B-Book models and MT5 platform
- Deep understanding of metals trading (XAUUSD / XAGUSD)
- Proven experience in exposure management and hedging strategies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
- Proficiency in trading tools, reporting systems, and Excel/dashboarding
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
