Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the United Arab Emirates for a Senior RHCE & OpenShift Engineer.
The role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-grade Red Hat and OpenShift systems, leading the deployment of containerized applications, designing and implementing scalable and secure system architectures, and providing advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization.
The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenShift solutions into hybrid cloud environments and contribute to lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and automation.
The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and adhering to company best practices in systems engineering and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHCE certification required) and expert-level knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
- Experience in building and managing containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of network protocols, storage architectures, and security principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of system automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud architectures and on-premises infrastructure integrations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
- Familiarity with AI and High-Performance Computing systems is a plus
