Over time, and subject to business need and demonstrated capability, the role may expand to hold broader accountability across both benefits and compensation.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced reward professional who combines deep benefits expertise, a strong employee-centric mindset, and the desire to evolve into a wider reward leadership role.

  • Progressively take ownership of defined compensation programmes and processes as part of a structured development plan
  • Support the Head of Reward on complex compensation matters, with scope expanding over time based on business need and capability
