Role overview

Responsibilities

• Mobilize resources and build project teams; follow up on project instructions and commitments.
• Negotiate scope changes and participate in regulatory-agency negotiations and public meetings.
• Oversee project execution, health and safety, and quality plans; monitor deliverables against programme requirements.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and plans with project managers, engineers, and discipline leads.
• Track project goals, costs, schedules, milestones, changes, and risks; develop corrective action plans and report significant issues.
• Maintain change orders, promote quality assurance, and conduct weekly project status meetings.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least 20 years delivering large-scale roads and infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and contribute technically.
• Comprehensive industry standards knowledge; must meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
• Proven management capability and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Five years of Abu Dhabi project experience is ideal.
