Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and analytical **Senior Research Manager** to lead research initiatives, oversee project execution, and ensure the delivery of impactful insights.
This role requires a professional with strong expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and team leadership.
The Senior Research Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s research agenda and driving excellence in client-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage research projects from design to delivery.
- Develop methodologies and frameworks tailored to client and industry needs.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to produce actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align research objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and research best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and clients.
- Mentor and guide research teams, fostering a culture of rigor and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Research, Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in research management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex research projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with statistical tools, data visualization, and research software.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
