Job Title: - Senior Reporting Engineer

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified **Senior Reporting Engineer** to support an upcoming ADNOC project.

This role will initially be based in Abu Dhabi, with a planned relocation to an international project site at a later stage.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and delivering project objectives safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Executive Presentations (PowerPoint)

  • Develop **high-impact, visually appealing executive presentations**
  • Convert raw data into:
  • + Key messages
  • + Trends & insights
  • + Decision-focused summaries
  • Apply **storytelling techniques (data narrative flow)**

2. Progress Reports (Executive Level)

  • Prepare **monthly/weekly management reports**
  • Convert detailed project data into:
  • + KPI summaries
  • + Risk & issue highlights
  • + Variance analysis (plan vs actual)
  • Ensure **clarity, conciseness & audit-readiness**

3. Dashboards (Interactive & Executive)

  • Develop dashboards using:
  • + **Power BI (preferred)**
  • + Excel advanced dashboards
  • Build:
  • + KPI dashboards
  • + Progress tracking (SPI, CPI, S-curves)
  • + Drill-down analytics
  • Ensure **real-time / near real-time visibility**

4. Data Handling & Transformation

  • Clean, structure, and validate raw data from:
  • + Primavera P6
  • + Excel

+ SAP / ACONEX / SharePoint

  • Perform:
  • + Data modeling
  • + Data integration across sources
  • Maintain **data accuracy and governance**

5. Stakeholder Interface

  • Work with:

+ Project Controls Team

  • Translate technical data into **business insights**

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is a MUST.

Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 years’ experience in GCC region Experience in EPC/Detail Engineering project.

Experience

in Gas Processing/NGL Project.

Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in **similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.** **Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects (more than 1 billion US$).**
