Candidates should be highly effective coaches and mentors skilled in training others in reliability methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Apply a wide variety of reliability techniques across diverse industries and client organizations.
- Manage projects and demonstrate leadership in influencing and developing others.
- Act as an advisor and coach/trainer in a wide variety of reliability methods and approaches.
- Engage in business development with understanding of ASM and APM approaches.
- Lead by example and create multiple options to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Work as part of a team and often as team leader to lead and influence fellow engineers and consultants.
- Independently evaluate, select, and adapt standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Work on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM majors.
- At least 8 years of professional experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 25%.
