Role overview
Retain and grow a portfolio of Rest's largest existing employer clients through account and relationship management.
Provide employers and members with tailored support and solutions based on their needs and goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead retention and growth efforts for large employer clients and represent Rest in industry and association forums.
- Build senior stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen engagement through meetings and governance committees.
- Develop employer activity plans, client reports, workplace education programs, and product or service improvements.
- Coordinate internal service delivery and mentor other Workplace Super team members.
Qualifications and experience
- RG 146 compliance is required.
- Proven B2B relationship-management experience in the Australian superannuation industry is required.
- Demonstrated strategic account management, growth, stakeholder influence, collaboration, and negotiation capabilities are required.
- In-depth knowledge of superannuation practices and relevant legislation and regulations is required.
- Presentation, training-material, reporting, and data-informed decision-making capabilities are required.
- A Diploma in Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualifications is highly valued.
