ARC Group is growing its Wealth Advisory division in the UAE and is hiring experienced Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to develop, manage and transition HNW and UHNW client relationships onto our ADGM FSRA-licensed platform.

This is a role for entrepreneurial private bankers and wealth advisors with an established client base, strong commercial judgement and the ability to develop net new business and grow client portfolios.

You will have access to ARC’s broader investment banking platform, global market insight, selected co-investment opportunities, and a lean, accountable structure designed to support faster decisions and a better client experience.

The Role

  • As a Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager – Wealth Advisory, you will play a key role in growing ARC Group’s Wealth Advisory division.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Developing, acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
  • Providing excellent service while developing net new business for the Group
  • Transitioning existing client relationships and portfolios to the ARC platform in line with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Managing and deepening relationships with clients across key markets
  • Delivering bespoke investment solutions across deposits, structured products, equities, fixed income, alternatives and selected co-investment opportunities, subject to suitability, product availability and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Developing financial plans aligned with clients’ long-term objectives
  • Building and executing a strategic business plan aligned with ARC’s growth objectives
  • Partnering with internal investment, product and compliance teams to deliver best-in-class advisory solutions
  • Staying current on financial markets, product developments, regulatory requirements and global macro conditions
  • Applying sound judgement when assessing risk, complying with applicable laws, rules, regulations and internal policies, and escalating control issues with transparency.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth advisory, an EAM, multi-family office or a relevant financial institution
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
  • An established book of professionally qualified investors and the demonstrated ability to transition suitable relationships to a new platform in line with applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Deep knowledge across financial products, investment solutions, services, global markets and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial sharpness and a client-first approach
  • Strong relationship management, business development and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage depending on client market
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, CFA, CISI or local equivalent preferred
