Senior Relationship Manager
About This Role
A leading regional bank is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to drive growth within its consumer banking division, focusing on UHNI clients. Dubai-based.
This is a high-impact, front-office role suited to a proven rainmaker with a strong personal network and a track record of winning and developing high-value client relationships across the Middle East.
Skills & Experience for Senior Relationship Manager
- 5-7+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager within consumer, retail, or private banking
- Proven track record managing and growing UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) client relationships
- Strong ability to originate new business ("hunter" mindset) rather than purely manage existing portfolios
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation (rain-making)
- Established personal client network with the ability to transfer relationships
- Experience working within large regional or international banks
- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern client dynamics and market
- Existing Middle Eastern client base (essential for candidates relocating)
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills within the consumer banking segment
