Role overview
The firm seeks a Relationship Manager – Private Banking to join its team in DIFC, Dubai.
The role acquires and manages HNW and UHNW clients, delivers tailored wealth management solutions, and contributes to AUM growth and business targets.
Client acquisition and relationship management
- Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW relationships through personal networks, referrals, and market outreach.
- Contribute to AUM growth and achieve agreed business targets.
- Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth structures; provide tailored solutions.
Investment advisory
- Advise across equities, fixed income, structured products, alternative investments, and lending solutions.
- Work with internal investment and product teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Monitor portfolios, identify market opportunities, and guide clients on investment strategies.
Compliance and conduct
- Comply with KYC, AML, and internal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ethical conduct in client dealings.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–10+ years of experience managing or engaging with HNW/UHNW clients.
- Established network within the HNW/UHNW segment.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
Skills and competencies
- Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain discretion; high emotional intelligence, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
