This role involves managing inquiries, assisting with course registration and graduation processes, maintaining accurate student records, and issuing official academic documents in compliance with university policies and procedures. The successful candidate will support key academic operations, including registration periods, student orientation, and graduation-related activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and a positive experience for all stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and systems use, effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis/reporting tools is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in academic administration, and fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
