Senior Regional Manager

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years leading Regional Managers or managing large, multi-state portfolios.
- CAM, CAPS, CPM, ARM, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing institutional clients and complex portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating and capital budgets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, landlord-tenant regulations, and property management software.
- Arizona Real Estate License is REQUIRED
