- You’ll be stepping into a warm, high-performing desk focused on Further Education, working UK hours with live roles, existing client relationships, and immediate billing potential.
- What they’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within Education recruitment - Primary/Secondary/SEN/FE
- Proven billing history within the Education space
- Strong understanding of the UK education market
- Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Commercially driven with a real hunger to maximise earnings
- Confident communicator who can build lasting client relationships
