Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Navado Talent are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, who is experienced in technology recruitment with a proven background in managing the full 360 perm recruitment cycle, to join a mature and well-established agency in central Dubai.
- This is the ideal role for a Principal Recruiter or Senior Recruiter looking for their next career move.
- You must have experience within either the tech or digital market, have previous perm recruitment experience and understand how to build a desk.
- You will still be a hands on biller that is looking to progress into management.
- This role will be working directly reporting into the MD and founder who will develop you into a Manager/Leader.
- You will also benefit from support and guidance from the internal Learning and Development function to aid you in your continued skills growth and have a career pathway to Management laid out from day one.
