Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Recruiter** with a proven track record in **white-collar recruitment within the UAE**.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR, with the ability to source and hire top professionals across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for white-collar positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and oversee the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with UAE employment practices.
- Support HR activities related to recruitment and employee onboarding.
Requirements
- **Minimum 4 years of experience** in recruitment and HR.
- **Mandatory:** Experience in **white-collar recruitment within the UAE**.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment best practices.
- Experience handling mid-level and senior-level hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
